Senior Value Realisation Consultant

NICE in the UK is seeking a seasoned consultant to drive customer business value through effective consulting within the Value Realisation Services organization. This role involves developing business cases, leading multi-tiered customer engagements, and ensuring successful delivery of business improvement projects. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years experience in consulting, preferably within the contact center domain, and possess strong communication and leadership skills. Certification in Six Sigma or Change Management is preferred.
