What will you be doing?

• Leading the design and improvement of complex B2B platforms, creating seamless, efficient user journeys
• Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, engaging directly with product managers and developers to understand and solve business problems
• Improving and maintaining design systems with a business-driven, outcome-focused mindset
• Presenting and advocating user-focused solutions in a distributed, multi-cultural environment
• Putting your creative and pragmatic approach to work on real-world industry-shaping projects, from blue-sky ideas to process optimisation

Are you the ideal candidate?

• Qualified in UI/UX with strong experience designing functional, scalable B2B products - not just pretty interfaces!
• Winner when it comes to efficient, user-focused solutions (not just tools or trendy visuals)
• Brave enough to take feedback and strong enough to challenge ideas upwards and across
• Experience working in distributed, culturally diverse teams - inspired by collaboration
