We've validated our MVP and are currently in the Product-Market Fit phase. We're building a product that balances user delight, utility, and creator empowerment. As a UI Designer, you'll be at the heart of that effort-bringing clarity and emotion to every screen and interaction.

You'll work closely with our CPO, fullstack developers, and our founding team to shape the experience across mobile and web. You'll also collaborate with marketing and branding efforts to ensure a cohesive visual identity across platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Design intuitive, elegant, and engaging user interfaces for desktop and mobile platforms.
  • Translate product ideas into high-fidelity prototypes in Figma.
  • Collaborate with product and development teams on user flows, wireframes, interaction design, and design systems.
  • Build and maintain a scalable UI system using shared design tokens and components.
  • Contribute to visual identity and branding across marketing assets and social media.
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback.
  • Balance speed, clarity, and craft across multiple product initiatives.
  • Advocate for design quality, consistency, and user empathy throughout the organization.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a UI designer (mid-to-senior level)
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating UI design for complex, interactive products
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma and experience with design systems and tokens
  • Strong understanding of interaction design, accessibility, and responsive interfaces
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and fast-paced environments
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is desirable
