Senior Transformation Lead (French Speaking)

Job Description

• Extensive ERP experience: 15+ years in ERP (SAP preferred, though strong experience with other Tier-1 ERP platforms is acceptable), including full-cycle implementations in large and complex organizations.
• Presales leadership: Proven ability to lead discovery workshops, deliver impactful solution demos, and manage RFI/RFP/RFO processes with compelling value propositions.
• Commercial acumen: Strong track record in closing large-scale transformation deals, building trusted client relationships, and driving sustainable revenue growth (beyond staff augmentation models).
• Team collaboration & leadership: Ability to effectively align presales and delivery teams, ensuring a seamless transition from proposal to execution.
• Strategic stakeholder engagement: Comfortable influencing and engaging senior stakeholders, aligning ERP strategies with broader business objectives, and managing executive expectations.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: Capable of developing new offerings, accelerators, and go-to-market strategies to differentiate in competitive markets.
• Delivery governance: Experience overseeing multi-stream ERP programs, ensuring quality, timeline adherence, and proactive risk management across both functional and technical domains.
• Consulting background: Experience within Big 4 or large consulting environments, familiar with structured methodologies, global delivery models, and complex program landscapes.
• Communication & negotiation: Excellent ability to articulate business cases, lead contract negotiations, and confidently present to senior leadership.
• Business-first mindset: Strong commercial awareness with deep understanding of ERP value drivers and transformation impact; technical expertise complemented by a focus on business outcomes.
• Language requirement: Fluency in French is mandatory.
• Regional knowledge: Strong knowledge of the Wallonia region is required; candidates based in Wallonia or Luxembourg are strongly preferred.
