Senior Transaction Management Lead - Private Equity Deals

GIC in London seeks an AVP, Transaction Management on a contract basis to support the closing of private equity deals and coordinate with lawyers, custodians and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the investment sector, experience with private transaction documentation and KYC processes, and outstanding organizational and communication skills to manage multiple tasks and deals simultaneously in a hybrid work environment.
