Senior Trade Compliance Lead - Defence & Exports

Matchtech is seeking a Trade Compliance Manager to oversee compliance activities across multiple UK manufacturing sites in a high-technology and defense environment. This permanent role includes leading the Trade Compliance programme, engaging with regulatory requirements, and ensuring audit readiness.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of export control laws, proven experience in high-tech industries, and strong leadership skills. The position allows for hybrid work with a minimum of three days onsite.
