Based in Belfast with a hybrid working model requiring two days per week in the office, you'll lead the testing strategy for high-profile projects that support millions of users worldwide.

About You

• Extensive experience leading testing and quality assurance within enterprise environments
• Proven expertise in defining and implementing test strategies for complex software programmes
• Strong understanding of manual and automated testing methodologies
• Experience working with C#/.NET-based applications and modern software delivery practices
• Solid knowledge of performance, integration, and regression testing
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams

What You'll Do

• Define and lead the overall testing and quality assurance strategy for the programme
• Establish and promote testing standards, best practices, and governance
• Coordinate testing activities across multiple teams and workstreams
• Mentor QA engineers and support teams in delivering robust and effective test coverage
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure quality is embedded throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Drive defect management, risk assessment, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Oversee test planning, execution, and reporting to ensure successful project delivery
