Senior Technologist, Protein & Dairy Powders Innovation

Tirlán, a world-class food and nutrition co operative, seeks a Senior Technologist in Protein & Dairy Powders. Based at the Innovation Centre in Ballyragget, you will lead projects from brief to production, focusing on innovation, new product development and technical support across internal functions and external partners.

You will bring 5+ years in dairy ingredients, strong protein chemistry knowledge, and hands-on experience with UF/DF/MF and spray drying. Hybrid work in Ireland is offered.
