Senior Vehicle Technician/Tester - Dealership

Location:Pershore
Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 per year

A well-established, family-owned dealership group is looking for an experienced Senior Technician to join their modern workshop team.

• Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical faults using diagnostic equipment
• Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards
• Complete work efficiently and within agreed timescales
• Conduct vehicle health checks and road tests
• Support junior technicians when required
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
• Accurately update job cards and workshop systems

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding experience
• Experience in a franchised or quality independent workshop
• Knowledge of modern vehicle systems including hybrid/electric
• MOT Licence
• Full UK driving licence
• Own tools

Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30
Alternate Saturdays 08:00 - 12:30
