Job Summary

As a Senior Technical Specialist in Embedded Networking, you will play a critical role in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering innovative solutions that meet project requirements. Key Responsibilities

1. Architect, Design, And Develop Robust Embedded Networking Solutions By Leveraging Team Expertise In Technologies Such As C/C++, Tcp/Ip, And Wireless Communication Protocols To Ensure Effective Product/Project Delivery.
2. Act As A Subject Matter Expert In Embedded Networking, Providing Technical Guidance And Insights To Stakeholders, And Facilitating Knowledge Transfer Within The Team.
3. Continuously Upgrade And Apply Knowledge Of Emerging Technologies, Such As Iot And Edge Computing, To Ensure Solutions Align With Current Quality Standards And Client Requirements.
4. Foster A Skilled Workforce In Embedded Networking By Conducting Interviews, Leading Training Sessions, And Mentoring Team Members To Enhance Their Technical Capabilities.
5. Gather And Analyze Project Specifications To Deliver Tailored Solutions To Client Organizations, Ensuring Alignment With Domain Or Technology Understanding.
6. Drive Competency Development By Envisioning And Articulating Value Propositions, Contributing To The Creation Of Collaterals And Whitepapers, And Conducting Market Trend Analyses.
7. Recommend And Implement Client Value Creation Initiatives By Applying Industry Best Practices In Embedded Networking Technologies, Ensuring Enhanced Performance And Client Satisfaction.
