Are you a calm, confident, and highly capable Assistant looking for your next exciting opportunity? A prestigious investment firm is seeking a Senior Team Assistant to provide support to Partners and an MD, as well as broader ad-hoc assistance to a high-performing team.
You'll be joining a boutique team (3 other assistants) that is growing and performing exceptionally well at the firm, and they're looking for someone who can hit the ground running.
This is more than just diary management-it's a pivotal role where your contribution will directly impact the success and flow of the business. Your responsibilities will include diary management, international travel arrangements, and expenses, but this role also offers the opportunity to build lasting relationships with your MD, Partner, and team.
The firm seeks a Team Assistant with at least 3 - 5 years of experience in the investment sector, including investment banking, private equity, or asset management. The ideal candidate is engaging, highly organized, and proficient in client-facing communication.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Providing high-level support to a Partner, MD, and a light-touch support to a team
- Managing complex, global calendars and inboxes across multiple time zones
- Organizing international travel: flights, visas, accommodation, itineraries
- Scheduling meetings, client calls, and video conferences
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Team Assistant, ideally with 2 years in financial services or investment sectors
- A composed, adaptable, and proactive approach
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities seamlessly
This is a 6-month contract. Impressive candidates may have opportunities for further roles within the company.
Rate: £26 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay
