We are hiring for a creative and ambitious Senior Talent Manager to join our dynamic team at CGC Collective in London.
Previous experience in talent management and commercial brand partnerships is essential, along with a thorough understanding of the social media landscape and established contacts across beauty, wellness, fashion, and lifestyle sectors.

The Talent Manager will play an important role in managing and nurturing talent and their brands, working across a broad and exciting range of projects and campaigns across the beauty, wellness, fashion and lifestyle sectors.

1. Support the Director of Talent in curating and executing talent strategies.
2. Manage talent activities, including commercial campaigns, events, shoots, press, broadcast, and social media.
3. Proactively seek new commercial opportunities for talent.
4. Coordinate product call-ins, brand campaigns, and logistics with talent.
5. Oversee end-to-end campaign and partnership management.
6. Build and nurture strong relationships with brands and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
7. Negotiate contracts and manage inbound talent inquiries.
1. Demonstrable experience in negotiating and managing end-to-end campaigns and commercial partnerships for talent. (essential)
2. Strong relationships with influencers, KOLs, and TikTok talent, with an eye for emerging talent and conscious voices.
3. Enthusiastic about social media, with knowledge of key platforms and developing trends.
4. Established network of contacts in beauty, wellness, lifestyle, and fashion.
5. Excellent relationship management skills for long-term partnerships.
6. Strategic thinker with an understanding of short and long-term decision-making processes for talent partnerships.
