Established in 2008, Oyster Search & Selection specialise in recruiting HR professionals on behalf of a range of clients in Legal, Professional and Financial Services nationwide and internationally. We recruit in to roles for both HR Generalists and HR Specialists on a permanent and interim basis.

We are currently recruiting for an interim Senior Talent Advisor to work in the flexible legal resourcing team of a top-tier international law firm client. You'll be responsible for, inter alia:

• Implementing the talent attraction strategy to ensure a continuous flow of high-quality flexible lawyers for targeted practice areas, including banking, capital markets and financial regulation.

• Supporting the client team in active sales opportunities by matching suitable flexible lawyers to client needs, contributing to achieving sales objectives.

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for prospective lawyers, including screening applications, conducting interviews, offer managment and onboarding/integration.

You'll work closely and collaboratively with other members of the team, along with practice partners and other key stakeholders.
