We need you to be: A Senior Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Partner who is able to start in early May ( subject to vetting), mid-May latest. Able to demonstrate that you have managed and delivered end-to-end campaigns in STEM disciplines (engineering preferred) and recruited at least 120 professional/specialist hires directly per year with minimal agency support Willing, and able, to commute to Manchester and/or Warringto n and spend a t least one full day in the office every week with the rest of the team Capable of showing the highest levels of candidate and hiring team care and engagementIn return, we can offer you Membership of the fabulous TA team (yes, but we are only slightly biased) who in turn are a key cog in a warm and welcoming HR function A good salary - we're thinking c£55,000 - but offer a £2,200 cash allowance, a great pension, 28 days hols (plus stats), BUPA and a load of other benefits A flexible, inclusive, and supportive working environment.
