Talent Lead in Professional Services Start-Up

Managing end-to-end recruitment.

About Our Client

Our client is a brand new Private Equity backed Professional Services firm that has ambitious growth plans for the next 3-5 years.

The business is new to the market and is going to see exciting rapid growth.

Job Description

  • End-to-end management of the recruitment cycle.
  • Looking at 100-150 roles hired in a 12-month period.
  • Liaising with partners, board, and leaders across the business on crucial hires.
  • Support in job brief creation through to interview stages.
  • Liaise with agencies - manage the candidate cycle.
  • Manage coordination of the recruitment cycle from liaising with agencies to booking interviews through to offer.
  • Support CPO with developing best practice recruitment process.

The Successful Applicant

  • Looking for an ambitious Talent Lead to support the business through the scale-up phase.
  • Must have worked in Professional Services - ideally in a BIG 4 environment.
  • Have managed the end-to-end candidate cycle.
  • Experience driving best-in-practice candidate journey.
  • Ideally have experience of sourcing.
  • Ideally experience working in consulting, CFO, or Tax practice.
