Formula E is seeking a standalone Talent Acquisition Manager/Recruitment Manager to own the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer. You will partner with hiring managers, drive an inclusive sourcing strategy, and manage executive searches with urgency to deliver a premium candidate experience.

You will lead EVP definition with Marketing, optimise processes, and oversee scheduling across time zones while keeping the ATS up-to-date.
