Senior Talent Acquisition Lead - FinTech (Hybrid)

Tiger Recruitment is seeking a Senior / Lead Talent Acquisition Partner for a 3-month FTC, with hybrid working from Canary Wharf, London. You will manage end-to-end recruitment across Technology, Corporate Functions and GTM, partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver effective hiring strategies.

You should have proven in-house TA experience within Financial Services or FinTech, strong direct sourcing skills, and the ability to operate across multiple international markets.
