Job Description
Senior Sustainability Consultant Oxford 
A leading independant, sustaiability-led consultancy is seeking a Senior Sustainability Consultant to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver SAP, SBEM and EPC assessments for new and existing developments.
- Prepare Energy and Sustainability Statements for planning, including London Plan compliance.
- Conduct TM59/TM52 Overheating Assessments and support Whole Life-Cycle Carbon and Circular Economy Statements.
- Lead client communication and coordinate with design teams to provide practical, compliant advice.
- Support junior assessors and contribute to the development of internal sustainability frameworks.
- 2+ years' experience in energy modelling or sustainability consultancy.
- Skilled in IES-VE, Elmhurst, or equivalent software.
- Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and planning policy.
- Strong communicator with commercial awareness and initiative.
- Hybrid working with flexible hours.
