Key Responsibilities- Handle the leasing and sales of office, industrial, and mixed-use properties, including development sites.
- Deliver engaging marketing campaigns to showcase client properties.
- Provide clear, detailed advice to landlord and occupier clients.
- Manage your own client portfolio, while supporting the development of new business.
- Contribute to thought leadership and PR activity to raise the agency's profile.
- Support and mentor colleagues as an integral member of the growing agency team.
- Proven agency experience in acquisitions and disposals across a range of property sectors.
- Strong network and local market knowledge across Berkshire and Surrey.
- Confident in business development, client relationship management, and networking.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Familiarity with using social media and digital tools in a business context.
