Job Description

Your role

  • Provide estate management services to private clients, including full management, consultancy, and advisory on rural property matters.
  • Offer professional advice on a wide range of topics, such as landlord and tenant relations, valuations, diversification and development projects, eco-system services, sales, lettings, energy, and other emerging areas.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members, ensuring a collaborative approach to client service and the continued development of skills within the team.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the business to enhance the value of the advice provided to clients
  • Assist in the development and delivery of the Business Plan, ensuring the achievement of strategic objectives, budget management, and meeting departmental targets.
  • Support the enhancement of the company's public profile by representing the business at relevant events and speaking engagements and contributing to the delivery of the Company's ESG Strategy.
  • Cultivate relationships with new and existing clients, contributing to the development of the business pipeline and growing the company's client base.

  • Maintain an active work pipeline, ensuring a continuous flow of business and identifying opportunities to expand service offerings.

What you will need

  • Detailed knowledge and relevant experience in a similar role
  • RICS accredited with at least five years PQE.
  • Experience of working in the uplands would be beneficial, but not essential
