Senior Supply Chain Specialist - Marketplace/Partner Operations

Are you passionate about building strong partner relationships while driving commercial and supply chain performance? We're looking for a Senior Supply Chain Specialist to play a key role at the intersection of account management, supply chain execution and commercial delivery within a fast-paced marketplace environment.

What you'll be working on:

• Act as a key point of contact for strategic marketplace partners, owning the day-to-day relationship from a supply chain and delivery perspective.
• Manage a healthy order book and drive optimal delivery performance, ensuring partners meet seasonal plans and financial objectives.
• Lead operational calls, order book reviews and order-writing workshops, influencing partner behaviour to improve service levels, efficiency and commercial outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with commercial, logistics, transportation and distribution teams to align supply chain execution with business priorities.
• Monitor and analyse key performance KPIs (ship-to-plan, delivery performance, risks & opportunities), translating data into clear insights and recommendations for both internal stakeholders and partners.
• Drive process improvements and best practices across marketplace supply chain operations, challenging the status quo and supporting long-term optimisation.

What you bring:

• 5+ years' experience in Account/Partner Management, ideally within a supply chain, marketplace or wholesale environment.
• 5+ years' experience in supply chain planning or operations, with strong understanding of order management and delivery performance.
• A commercial mindset, able to balance partner needs with financial and operational objectives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence partners and senior internal teams.
• Proven ability to analyse data, tell a clear story and drive decisions, using tools such as SAP, Excel and reporting platforms (eg Tableau).
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach and a passion for continuous improvement.
