Senior Supply Chain ERP Consultant - Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O

This is a unique opportunity to work on international Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O projects, take ownership of key deliverables, and play an integral role in helping clients optimise and transform their global supply chains.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and implement Dynamics 365 F&O (AX) supply chain modules for international clients
• Analyse and translate business requirements into effective digital solutions
• Design and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O systems in line with best practices
• Manage end-to-end implementation phases, including workshops, configuration, testing, and deployment
• Support clients through change management and digital transformation initiatives
• Contribute to pre-sales activities and solution development
• Collaborate with cross-functional, international project teams
• Provide mentorship to junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing

About You:

• 5-8 years of ERP consulting experience, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (or AX)
• Proven expertise in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing modules
• Experience delivering at least six full-cycle ERP implementations, including international projects
• Strong understanding of business processes and a solution-oriented mindset
• Fluent in English; additional languages such as French, German, Spanish, or Italian are a plus
• Willingness to travel internationally as required
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
• University degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field

Desirable:

• Experience leading teams or mentoring junior consultants
• Involvement in pre-sales and customer solution design
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies
