Senior SuccessFactors PMGM Consultant - Hybrid

Computer Futures / SThree Group is seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Consultant for a 2-month contract in Preston with hybrid working (2-3 days onsite). The role focuses on designing, implementing and optimising Performance & Goals solutions within a large enterprise HR transformation.

The successful candidate will bring end-to-end PMGM delivery experience, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to work with onshore/offshore delivery teams and multi-country programmes.
