Senior Strategy Manager

We are looking for a Senior Strategy Manager in our Product & Strategy team.

This role sits within the Product & Strategy team, responsible for the growth and performance of our business.

The role

This role involves working cross-functionally with various teams. An ideal candidate is someone who takes ownership, thinks holistically, and is hands-on to drive Funding Circle's growth.

1. Lead the development of Funding Circle's growth strategy, collaborating with stakeholders including the Executive Committee to define and refine plans.
2. Analyze high-priority opportunities across the business, recommending new growth areas or efficiency initiatives, and improving existing processes.
3. Coordinate with Marketing, Risk, Sales, Technology, Operations, and Product teams to implement changes.
4. Deliver competitor reviews and briefings, staying informed on emerging trends and market players.
5. Proactively identify and mitigate risks, issues, or control weaknesses in your daily work.

What we're looking for

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in a commercial, product, or strategy role at a leading Fintech or Strategy Consulting firm.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to derive strategic insights.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating across different parts of the organization.
• Small business lending experience is preferable but not essential.
• Passion for Funding Circle's mission and values.
