About this roleWe're looking for critical thinkers to set the agenda for credit, product, or marketing. You'll own and develop our strategy by analyzing data to generate clear recommendations and implementing them.
What you'll doYou will address complex challenges on the path to growth by:
- Setting the strategy agenda for Credit, Product, or Marketing
- Utilizing various information sources, from customer data to user research
- Developing strategies to promote sustainable growth with a customer-centric approach
- Presenting strategies to senior leadership and collaborating to execute plans
- Regularly reviewing the customer landscape and identifying improvement opportunities
- Comfort working with numbers, demonstrated by your education and experience
- Ability to make decisions that lead to tangible business results, with examples
- A drive to succeed and experience working across multiple teams with broad business perspectives
- Experience leading projects and collaborating with people at all levels
- An open mindset towards change and personal development

Where and how you'll workThis is a permanent role based in London or Nottingham, with a hybrid work model allowing office and home working. You will be based in the office three days a week: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Flexible working arrangements are also available.
