Senior Store Assistant - Keyholder

20 hours per week • 3 months fixed term contract.
Location: Swansea Enterprise Park. Must live locally to commute.
Store hours: 7 AM to 8 PM - you must manage early starts and late finishes.
What you'll do- Friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need.
- Hands on with deliveries, warehouse tasks, and stocking shelves.
- Accountable for supporting colleagues to deliver a great customer experience, including key holder or supervisory responsibilities.
- Handling deliveries, unpacking stock, keeping the store clean, and preparing orders.
- Providing outstanding service during busy times.
- Asking the right questions and showing genuine interest in customers' projects.
- Being proactive: selling the benefits of Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts, signing customers up.
- Keyholder duties: opening and closing the store, assigning daily tasks to the team and providing short term supervisory cover when needed.
- A friendly personality - help maintain our high store standards and create a welcoming workplace.
- Reliability - be there when we need you. Flexibility, commitment and support for customers and team are key.
- Accountability - you've taken charge in a previous role and are happy to step up when needed.
