HERO Recruitment are hiring a Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team.

We are looking for an experienced Principal Recruiter with a proven track record in the recruitment industry, ideally within the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) sector, combined with a well established network of clients and candidates. The ideal candidate will bring a 360 degree background with experience in business development.

Responsibilities

• Manage key accounts and deliver effective talent solutions for our clients.
• Recruit senior and executive level STEM candidates into top level positions.
• Build and maintain trusted and successful business partnerships with candidates, clients and the HERO team.
• Operate in a fast paced environment and consistently exceed recruitment targets.
• Utilise best practice sourcing strategies and social media platforms to engage candidates.
• Provide superior customer service; mediocre is never an option.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the recruitment profession or a technical background in Engineering, Science or IT.
• High achiever with a proven record of accomplishment in world class recruitment and sales.
• Integrity, drive and a passion for the fast paced world of recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, sourcing strategies and candidate engagement.
• Ability to deliver a superior customer experience.
• Established and strong network of clients and candidates, ideally within the STEM sector.
• Hold a valid working visa to work in Ireland.
