We are seeking a Senior Spinal Scrub Practitioner, to join the specialist theatre team!

What You'll Do:
- Provide expert scrub support for complex spinal surgeries
- Assist in the preparation, setup and coordination of the operating theatre for spinal procedures
- Work closely with surgeons, anaesthetists and theatre staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain strict compliance with clinical governance, infection control and safety protocols
What We're Looking For:
- Registered Nurse (NMC) or ODP (HCPC) qualification
- 2+ years scrub experience, preferably in spinal and orthopaedic surgeries
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- A passion for surgical excellence and commitment to professional development.
