Job Description

TheSenior Specialist, Procurement Operations,Site Business Enablementis responsible for executingsource-to-contract procurement processes in alignment with business goals and industry best practices, ensuringcompliancewith procurement policies, and contributing tosupplier diversity and sustainability. This role plays an essential part in executing supplier management activities, implementing continuous improvement projects, and drivingday-to-daysupplier andprocurement processexcellence.

This position requires a proactive,detail oriented,and collaborative individual who can support the development and execution ofadministrative tasksacross multiple sites. Key areas of focus may includeinvoice resolution, maintenance of vendor and material records, and open order management.

Key Responsibilities

• Be a subject matter expert over Procurement processes & across multiple categories within the Procurement Team
• Lead in the development,deploymentand execution of process efficiency related projects that serve to improve customerexperiencewithin the Procure-to-Pay process
• Execute procurement, sourcing, and contracting processes with accuracy, applying best practices, and maintaining compliance with procurement policies and risk mitigation plans.
• Supportand promotea culture ofcontinuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
• Actively enable team goals, ensuring performance targets and objectives are delivered successfully.
• Work collaboratively across procurement, legal, andsitecolleagues to optimize outcomes and enhance alignment.
• Mentor junior team members, lead stakeholder education forums, and actively develop personal procurement expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degreein business administration,supplychainor related fieldrequired.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement,supply chainor related business oroperationsfunction.
• Previous experience in procurement activities, including source to contract,requisitionto pay andnegotiation.
• Strongproficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Power Platform).
• Proficiency in SAP/S4Hana preferred
• Knowledge of thepharmaceutical industry, direct materials preferred
• Innovativeproblem-solvingskills combined with solution-oriented mindset, enabling creativeapproach and clear communication at all organizational levels
• Impactful executive functioningabilities,autonomous work ethic, maintaining performance in challenging situations and building consensus in decision making
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and organize workload across multiple projects
• Strong organizational skills required to coordinate and manage multiple cross divisional work process and projects
• Multi lingual preferred
