Senior Specialist Manufacturing Scheduling

You will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and timely production planning across our manufacturing Specialist Manufacturing Scheduling H/FDESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION

• Transform supply plans into detailed daily production schedules and monitor execution.
• Manage assigned work centers and address non-routine requests.
• Lead weekly scheduling meetings and coordinate with cross-functional teams including QA, QC, Production, Warehouse, and Supply Chain.
• Track work orders from creation to release and ensure mid-term plans are executed with accuracy.
• Act as a key point of contact for Make-to-Order (MTO) repacking and reprocessing activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and challenge current processes to enhance efficiency.
• Monitor and own key performance indicators (OTIF, Schedule Adherence, Right First Time, etc.).

PROFIL ATTENDU

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production or supply planning within an international industrial environment; experience in pharmaceuticals or biotechnology is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of LEAN principles is an advantage.
• Excellent IT skills, including MS Office and ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
• Fluency in English and French is required.
