Senior Specialist - Commerce Acceleration (Digital) - 6+ months

Looking for a Senior Specialist in Commerce Acceleration to support a leading global brand in the sports/retail/digital commerce space.

This role sits at the intersection of digital commerce, operations, and commercial enablement, helping scale innovative business models and optimise go-to-market processes across EMEA.

• Driving process design and optimisation for digital commerce initiatives
• Supporting vendor onboarding and third-party partnerships (3PP)
• Building end-to-end workflows to enable scalable growth
• Managing cross-functional collaboration across marketing, supply chain, finance, and operations
• Bringing clarity, structure, and accountability across complex international programmes

• Strong experience in digital commerce, operations, or programme delivery
• Proven project management across multiple stakeholders
• Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Strong communicator with a structured, detail-oriented mindset
• Experience building or improving processes at scale
