Overview

Position Summary: Reporting to the Manager of Solutions Consulting EMEA, this role sits at the intersection of technology, revenue, and customer success. You'll partner with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Service Delivery to solve complex identity challenges for enterprise customers, leading efforts from discovery and solution design through evaluation for prospects and existing customers. You'll translate technical and business requirements into scalable solutions, lead technical engagements, and ensure customers realize maximum value from Trulioo's platform. This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone who enjoys deep technical problem-solving while influencing strategic outcomes. This will be a full-time, permanent position working out of the Dublin office on a hybrid model (3 days per week in the office).

What You'll Be Doing
  • Engage with customers directly, acting as the key technical point of contact for our most strategic customers
  • Own the discovery process to uncover business objectives and customer technical requirements, run technical demonstrations and proofs of concept
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless customer outcomes
  • Contribute to internal knowledge and technical excellence
What You'll Bring Key Skills
  • Proven ability to simplify complex concepts, deliver effective product demonstrations, and communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels
  • Advise on best practices across identity, compliance, fraud, risk and integrations, adapting your approach to different customer contexts and levels of technical depth
  • Strong API expertise (REST, API design, OAuth, API keys, JSON/XML) with the ability to translate complexity into clear, actionable solutions
  • Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally, collaborating with distributed teams across regions
  • Apply a "Trusted Expert" mindset to interpret customer requirements and recommend flexible, forward-thinking solutions
  • Written and verbal English proficiency is required
  • Familiarity with LLMs and AI tools is a bonus
Education and Experience
  • Post-Secondary Degree or combination of desired experience and education
  • 3-5 years experience in a Senior Technical Support, Solutions Consultant or Implementation Specialist role. Relative experience in identity verification, compliance, or fintech industries is a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Technical background with familiarity in JSON, RESTful APIs, and native and web-based SDKs would be desirable
