Zellis have recently acquired Elementsuite - which is a Next Generation HR and WFM application suite that places advanced world class AI at the very core of the product. Not retrofitted - but built on AI as it's very foundational DNA.
This is an extremely exciting time to take this product set to the next level, utilising Zellis's existing broad and deep offering and customer base combining next-gen technology and capability to the portfolio.
This role is part of our ambition to grow the Presales team and support our Sales Leaders in demonstrating the value of solution to prospects.
We are seeking a Recruitment & HR Specialist with deep functional knowledge. Aligned alongside a Sales Executive in Customer engagements you will provide Functional, Technical and Industry expertise throughout the entire Sales Cycle. With deep expertise in discovery meetings, demo environment setup and maintenance, and superior presentation skills your role is key to our ongoing sales growth and success.
Your mission will be to engage with customers and align Zellis's capabilities to our customer and prospect needs, providing high quality document responses & value led presentations, focussing on customer's and prospects requirements that meet and delight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with sales and leadership teams to support the sales process.
- Partner with the sales team to support the sales process and strategically position HCM solutions through tailored demonstrations and proposals.
- Act as a key technical/functional advisor, leading discovery sessions to understand customer needs and define solution scope.
- Develop robust, competitive solutions that address client pain points and align with strategic workforce goals. Ensure win themes are clearly reflected in presentations.
- Review final BID responses to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Assist in identifying sales challenges and overcoming objections with clear, customer-focused approaches.
- Continuously identify improved ways to solve customer problems and showcase product capabilities effectively.
- Maintain deep product knowledge, stay aligned with the roadmap, and ensure use of the latest technology in all engagements.
- Provide guidance on scenario and data design to best highlight product strengths.
Skills & experience
- 5+ years of industry and presales experience.
- Strong technical expertise and hands-on product knowledge.
- Recognised as an emerging product lead and subject matter expert.
- Consistently driving revenue and supporting others through collaboration and mentorship.
- Manage complex deal cycles and independently collaborate with deal teams.
- Leverage deep product and competitive knowledge to highlight key differentiators.
- Create and manage collateral, documentation, and digital content while independently handling RFPs and supporting the sales cycle.
- Deliver in-depth functional and technical product demonstrations.
- Support team development by guiding opportunities and fostering continuous learning.
- Contribute knowledge and expertise across the wider Commercial organisation and Zellis community via events & training.
- Recognised as a key and proactive contributor within the pre-sales organisation.
- Trusted advisor to the sales team, supporting commercial objectives.
- Viewed by customers and prospects as a knowledgeable and professional expert.
- Maintain strong, collaborative relationships across the organisation.
- Effectively communicate and represent the Zellis vision both internally and externally.
