About the role

This role will assist the Head of Law (Place) in all aspects of contracts and procurement, including drafting contracts and grant agreements, advising on procurements, advising on related matters in the Technology and Construction Court, and providing expert legal advice on local government contracts and procurement law.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Law (Place) in contracts and procurement activities.
• Draft contracts and grant agreements.
• Advise on procurement processes.
• Provide legal advice on issues related to the Technology and Construction Court.
• Offer expert guidance on local government contracts and procurement law.

Qualifications

• Member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEX).
