About the RoleWe are seeking two highly skilled Senior Contract & Commercial Solicitors to join our legal team. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your legal career by working on high-profile, high-value projects impacting Nottingham's citizens.
You will provide expert legal advice on commercial, construction, transport, energy, infrastructure, and IT projects. Your responsibilities include drafting, negotiating, and advising on complex contracts and procurement matters, especially under the Procurement Act 2023. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, elected Members, and external partners, ensuring legal compliance and strategic alignment within the public sector.
This environment is fast-paced, requiring you to manage a complex caseload independently.
