Senior C++ Engineer - Eindhoven - ALTEN Netherlands

The Position

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Senior C++ Engineer to join our team and contribute to ongoing client projects in the Eindhoven area.

As Senior C++ Engineer, your main tasks will include:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality, performance-critical software applications using modern C++

• Translating complex technical specifications into scalable and maintainable solutions

• Identifying and resolving technical challenges across the full development lifecycle

• Ensuring code quality through testing, peer reviews, and best practices

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to architectural decisions

• Guiding and mentoring junior engineers within the team

Your Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (HBO/WO) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role with strong exposure to C++

• Proficient in software design, debugging, and development processes

• Fluent in Dutch (preferably)

• Strong problem-solving skills, team-oriented mindset, and effective communication skills
