Are you a Senior Python Developer looking to work from home on a brand-new, greenfield product?

This Senior Software Engineer role is with a high-growth market leader in the Fintech sector, currently valued at over €100 Million. You will be spearheading a brand-new, cloud-native platform, giving you direct influence over architecture, design decisions, and backend strategy from day one.

The core of this role is scaling the mission-critical systems that power their next-generation SaaS products. You will work on Python-based services and API-driven architectures within a cloud-native Azure environment as the company expands its global footprint. Joining a rapidly scaling team, you will have a hands-on role in developing a one-of-a-kind global product while gaining the ownership and visibility needed to fast-track your leadership skills.

This position is ideal for Senior Engineers with a background in scalable backend systems who thrive on solving complex problems and taking full ownership of high-performance platforms.

Your mission:

• Work on scalable backend services, high-performance APIs, and web application backends.
• Help shape architecture and lead design decisions on a greenfield platform.
• Collaborate closely with UI developers and multi-disciplinary teams to deliver mission-critical software.

You have:

• 7+ years of software engineering experience (with at least 3 years deep in Python).
• Strong SQL and RDBMS modeling skills.
• Hands-on experience with Azure and modern, agile DevOps practices.

Salary / Remuneration:

Up to €120,000 DOE + 25 days Annual Leave, Pension contribution, Health Insurance, Life Assurance, and Income Protection.
