What you will do

• Design and deploy robust microservices using Java and Spring Boot while owning frontend features in React.js.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead code reviews to maintain high standards across CI/CD pipelines and containerised environments.
• Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable, secure-by-design architectural solutions.

The ideal candidate

• Proven production experience with Java, Spring Boot, and modern frontend frameworks like React.js.
• Strong background in DevOps practices including Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Must be a UK resident for 5+ years to meet SC-clearance eligibility and possess excellent client-facing communication skills.
