Our priority is to ensure your long-term success, whether you are looking for a permanent position with a client or as part of our team.Job DescriptionAs part of strengthening the quality and performance of development teams, we are looking for a senior consultant expert in software development who will work with development teams to enhance software engineering practices, improve delivery quality, and contribute to the sustainable reduction of technical debt. Your role will involve supporting teams in adopting best development practices, both in a continuous manner, while promoting a high level of maintainability, reliability, and performance of the products.This mission is designed to be long-term, with an estimated intervention of between 50 and 100 days per year over a period of approximately 2 years.
