Senior Social Worker - Mental Health & Safeguarding (Hybrid)

Reading Borough Council is seeking an experienced Senior Social Worker to join the Mental Health Social Care Team, focusing on self-neglect and hoarding cases. The role involves safeguarding, capacity assessments, and collaborative working with health and housing partners.

You will provide person-centred Care Act and MCA compliant assessments, maintain Mosaic records, and contribute to service development. Hybrid working with office days in Reading and homeworking is available.
