Lead end-to-end project planning and execution, including feasibility studies, deliverables, milestones, and handovers across multiple cities and countries. ensure financial and operational control throughout the project lifecycle. Manage offers, contracts and negotiations with landlords, contractors, architects, and vendors to secure the best outcomes for JetBrains. Identify and mitigate risks to prevent delays, cost overruns, and quality issues. Mentor junior colleagues and promote continuous improvement in JetBrains and project management processes and practices. Independent yet collaborative mindset, comfortable working in diverse, international teams. Excellent English communication and presentation skills. Expertise in project management methods, contracts, and risk management. Proficiency in office software, project planning tools, timelines, Excel, and CAD. Professional certifications such as PMI-PMP, Certified Construction Manager (CCM), or equivalent. Experience with the German construction market-local regulations, permitting, and building application processes. Fascinating work in a friendly team.
