Senior Site Manager - Commercial Fit-Out (12+mo Freelance)

Gumtree is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a major commercial project in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. The role involves overseeing asbestos removal, enabling works, groundworks, construction and final fit-out on a long-term freelance contract.

You will manage the full lifecycle with the Project Manager, subcontractors and client representatives, ensuring safety, quality and schedule. SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are required, with prior main contractor and fit-out exposure.
