Senior Signage Designer

Job Title: Senior Signage Designer Role Overview

A hybrid role combining prepress, client coordination, and signage production support, knowledge or singage and the elements around it Responsible for preparing artwork for print, liaising with clients to gather correct information, and assisting in the planning and visual setup of signage and wayfinding projects.

Role Overview (Day-to-Day Responsibilities)

• Manage and coordinate key elements of multiple projects from brief to production.
• Review incoming projects, break them into deliverables, and prepare artwork for production.
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain costings, technical information, and production timelines.
• Collaborate with team leaders to finalise and issue accurate project quotes.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure all deliverables are met on schedule.
• Prepare and submit technical drawings and wayfinding artwork for client approval.
• Manage client communications, including issuing proofs and incorporating feedback.
• Prepare print-ready artwork for large format and fit-out projects.
• Align artwork with site surveys and specifications.
• Generate and organise production files for manufacturing and print.

Required Skills & Experience Senior-Level Signage Industry Experience (Essential) Minimum 5 Years' Senior Experience Working in the Signage Industry (Required)

• Proven ability to manage project tasks and workflows efficiently.
• Strong understanding of signage design, materials, and construction methods.
• Experience working as a senior signage designer.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
