Senior ServiceNow Platform Architect - Certified ServiceNow Professional (CMA/CTA preferred)
Location: Remote - UK
Rate: £400/day Inside IR35
Duration: 6 months
Start: ASAP
Hours: 40 hours/week
We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Platform Architect with strong enterprise architecture and consulting experience to support complex ServiceNow transformation programmes.
Key Requirements
- 8+ years' professional experience in ServiceNow, professional services or consulting
- Strong ServiceNow Platform Architecture experience
- Experience across ITSM, HRSD, SPM, IRM, CMDB and/or CSM
- Strong knowledge of instance strategy, governance and technical architecture
- Experience with CMDB, Flow Designer, APIs and integrations
- Strong enterprise architecture and integration patterns knowledge
- Experience leading architecture and design across large-scale programmes
- Proven management consulting and customer-facing experience
- Ability to translate business requirements into architectural roadmaps and blueprints
- Experience managing technical governance, technical debt and platform health
- Strong stakeholder management across executives, Enterprise Architects, platform owners and development teams
- Experience using AI within workflows, decision-making or problem-solving
- Certified ServiceNow Professional
- CMA/CTA preferred
- English required
The Role
You will provide senior architectural guidance across multiple ServiceNow engagements, working with customers, partners and internal teams from sales and scoping through to implementation.
You'll help define platform strategy, architecture and governance while ensuring solutions follow ServiceNow leading practices and support wider digital transformation objectives.
