Job Description

CBSbutler Ltd. is seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Architect to provide architectural leadership across the design and delivery of ITOM capabilities in a complex enterprise environment. You will work with stakeholders to design scalable, secure ServiceNow solutions in Preston, with hybrid delivery and an Inside IR35 stance.

The role emphasizes hands-on ITOM expertise across Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB and Cloud Discovery, plus governance and technical leadership across delivery teams.
