Senior Service Manager - Children's Services Commissioning

Baltimore Consulting is seeking a Service Manager - Children's Services Commissioning for a 3-month contract with hybrid working in the Midlands. The role offers up to £500 per day inside IR35 (umbrella). Immediate start as CVs are reviewed and interviews held promptly.

You will lead strategic commissioning across Children's Social Care, SEND and Placements, directing teams and developing sufficiency strategies to deliver high-quality, value-for-money services for children and families.
