The role and what you'll be doing daily:
Littlefish is seeking a Senior Service Desk Engineer (MacOS) to join our expanding Service Desk team on this exciting journey!
Reporting to the Service Desk Team Leader, as a Senior Service Desk Engineer, you will provide effective technical support to Littlefish contract customers, specifically around MacOS and Windows. Your responsibilities will include resolving desktop, laptop, printer, application issues, and performing network/server troubleshooting and administration. You will communicate effectively with customers and manage technical queries in line with Littlefish standards and customer-specific SLAs.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar MacOS, G-Suite, and Windows technical role.
