YOUR ROLE

• Building and maintaining relationships with senior management of our clients, facilitating project renewals, and identifying growth opportunities.
• Driving the transformation of client projects to innovative delivery models, including flexible near-shore and offshore solutions.
• Mentoring and supporting project managers to execute projects effectively and collaboratively.
• Ensuring client satisfaction and continuously enhancing quality standards.
• Partnering with the Capgemini account team to drive strategic business development.
• Overseeing contractual and financial performance, including inclusive resource allocation decisions.

YOUR PROFILE

• You bring strong organizational and decision-making skills to navigate complexity with confidence and empathy.
• You thrive in high-tech, fast-paced environments and are motivated by solving real-world challenges that matter.
• You communicate with clarity and impact, adapting your style to suit diverse teams, stakeholders, and clients.
• You are familiar with (or eager to grow into) delivery frameworks such as PMP, IPMA, Agile, or SAFe.
• You're not just a planner-you're a proactive problem-solver and a trusted partner to your team and clients.
• You are fluent in Dutch (spoken and written).
