Our client is a leading security systems integrator seeking an experienced Senior Security Systems Engineer to join their London team. You will play a key role in delivering high-standard security solutions across a range of client sites.
Position OverviewAs a Senior Security Systems Engineer, you will be central to the successful delivery of security projects. Your role involves everything from installation and commissioning to providing expert technical support for clients and fellow engineers. You will ensure all work meets the highest standards of quality and safety, contributing directly to the company's reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality installations, commissioning, and project handovers.
- Perform scheduled maintenance and servicing of security systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients and engineers.
- Implement and oversee quality assurance for engineering works.
- Liaise effectively with clients and attend site meetings.
- Issue progress summary reports to Project Managers.
- Help to improve internal processes and best practices.
- Minimum 4 years of security systems installation and servicing experience.
- Strong knowledge of IP technology and networking (TCP/IP, VLANs).
- Experience with Access Control, CCTV, and Intruder Alarm systems.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate multiple security systems.
- Familiarity with installations to NSI standards.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- A full UK driving licence is essential.
