Senior Security Engineer.

We are looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Consultant with over 7 years of experience, capable of leading cybersecurity engagements and driving strategic improvement initiatives. This profile combines technical expertise with consulting acumen, supporting clients in evolving their cybersecurity posture from reactive to preventive and transformational.

You will lead complex solution designs, mentor junior consultants, and influence technology roadmaps in alignment with business objectives.

Job Responsabilities:

• Lead the design of end-to-end security architectures and roadmaps

• Oversee complex migrations and transformation programs

• Drive continuous improvement of protection measures, policies, and controls

• Act as subject matter expert for perimeter, endpoint, and cloud security platforms

• Provide high-level technical advisory and governance support

• Contribute to strategic planning and capability development

• Represent the cybersecurity team in pre-sales, audits, and executive-level discussions

Job Requirements:

• Deep expertise in operating systems (Linux, Windows) and enterprise networking

• Over 7 years of experience in the cybersecurity field, including design and advisory roles

• Demonstrated leadership in implementing security strategies and transformation programs

• Advanced technical knowledge and certifications in multiple of the following areas: o NGFW / VPN / IPS: Fortinet, Palo Alto, Check Point, Forcepoint o SASE / CASB / CSWG: Netskope, Zscaler, Forcepoint, Symantec o EDR / EPP / XDR: Microsoft Defender, SentinelOne, CrowdStrike o WAF / ADC: F5, Imperva o NAC: Forescout, HPE Aruba o Cloud & SaaS Security: Azure, AWS, Office 365

• Recognized certifications (e.g., CISSP, OSCP, CCSP, PCNSE, NSE 5-7) are highly desirable

• Ability to lead technical engagements and mentor junior team members

Education and Training Skills:

• Academic background: o Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Engineering, or Telecommunications o Additional executive education or specialization in Cybersecurity Strategy or Risk Management is a plus

• Certifications (strongly preferred): o Recognized cybersecurity credentials: CISSP, CCSP, CISM, CISA, OSCP, CSX-P o High-level vendor certifications: Fortinet NSE 6-7, Palo Alto PCNSE, F5 Certified Professional, Cisco CCNP Security Cloud Security certifications: Azure Security Expert, AWS Certified Security - Specialty
